Level I Energy Audit

• Utility bill analysis (may or may not include an Energy Star benchmark)
• Brief facility walk-through
  

Following the Level 1 Energy Audit, we will provide:

• General analysis of facility energy use
• Typically Level I audits do not include detailed cost and ROI information.

Level II Energy Audit

• More in-depth utility bill analysis
• Identifies specific energy use
• Comprehensive facility inspection

Following the Level II Energy Audit, we will provide:

• Identification of specific energy use
• Recommendations for:
• Specific energy conservation measures (ECMs)
• Cost estimates of ECMs
• Quantitative ROI analysis

Level III Energy Audit 

This is an investment-grade audit, that will be signed and sealed by a 3rd-party, independent engineer, registered in the facility's state or territory.

• Thorough facility field inspection
• Detailed professional analysis of energy use

Following a Level III Energy Audit, we will provide:

• Analysis of energy use and potential improvements and ECMs
• Cost estimates of ECMs
• ROI
• Life-cycle cost analysis
• Bid plans and specifications can be provided at extra cost

Measurement and Verification Services

If your project requires validation of energy consumption and carbon emission reductions, we can provide measurement and verification (M&V). These services follow the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (MVP) and include preparation of M&V plans, implementation of metering, and report preparation. This means we use standards and the best techniques available to verify energy efficiency and assess and improve facility performance.
